As a yoga teacher with over 12 years teaching experience these classes offer a holistic approach to movement.

Grounded in a personal, ongoing journey of studying the human body and holistic mind-body wellness, my teaching integrates mindful breathing, intentional functional movement, and conscious presence. I aim to help students build physical resilience, strength, and a sense of inner calm, while nurturing a stronger mind-body connection. By cultivating focus on the mat, we build the mental clarity and inner strength necessary to navigate external challenges off the mat. I invite you to listen to your body, and come as you are.

Recharge your day with lunchtime yoga, expect a creative sequence of strength building, breath-led postures and a short but grounding relaxation to finish. £10 or £32 for 4 classes. Weekly Term Time.

AYS (Alignment Yoga Sculpt); Yoga Tone with weights
These classes combine gentle vinyasa breath-led movement and use small hand-weights to add low impact load, known to support bone and muscle health. Try these fun and challenging classes to build strength and resilience in mind and body. £12 or 5 for £50

Yoga for Peri/Post Menopause
Equip yourself with a toolkit to help relieve the symptoms of this natural & transformative stage of life. There is a natural decline in hormone production during peri/post menopause, causing imbalance that impacts all the systems of the body. We can’t change this; however, we can use yoga techniques including breath, postures, strength & mindfulness to support nervous system regulation, aid bone, muscle & brain health, and reduce overwhelm. This workshop-style class offers bite-size techniques, Come along and find your calm. £12

Movement for Menopause – Monthly Online Class
These classes combine gentle breath-work, vinyasa movement and use small hand-weights to add low impact load, known to support bone and muscle health. Focusing on functional movements and simple breath-work to enhance mind-body connection, with balance work to promote a healthy vestibular system, ending with mindfulness and relaxation for clarity & rest, that together offer longevity and sustainability of practice.
