
As the sunny weather builds and the sea temperate feels more welcoming, I will be offering New weekly sea swimming groups. A casual opportunity to take a sea swim with a small group of fellow swimmers, at a pace and distance to suit.
The groups help build sea swimming fitness and aid water confidence. Accompanied by a swim coach on a board for extra visibility, offering swim technique pointers and the chance to rest or adjust your kit if needed.
Come for a one-off to regain where you left off last autumn, or bring a friend as part of your weekly summer training routine. Perfect for building efficiency in the water, encouraging a more streamline position, and training for that swim event or triathlon you have signed up for!
